Come join us for a unique experience at Refresh Wellness Centre in Wetaskiwin where we combine the ancient healing art of acupuncture with the soothing sounds of a sound bath. This event is designed to help you relax, rejuvenate, and find balance in both body and mind. Our skilled practitioners will guide you through a session that harmonizes the benefits of acupuncture with the therapeutic effects of sound vibrations.

During the experience, crystal singing bowls will produce calming, high-vibrational sounds that resonate through your body and energy field, facilitating profound relaxation. These frequencies help alleviate stress, release tension, and foster a sense of inner peace and balance.

Simultaneously, Becca, a Registered Acupuncturist, will place 5-6 acupuncture needles on targeted points of your body to enhance relaxation and soothe the nervous system, bringing you into a blissful state.

Afterward, optional ear seeds may be applied to extend the sense of calm into the week ahead.
